Any work done by Swathi passes through an internal audit check before it is sent to the client. This practice ensures maximum accuracy levels. For instance, when a new vendor is created for whom the customer has to cut a check, the vendor name and address are verified by two people before payment is effected. Similarly, the accounting principles are also approved by the project leader before the entry is passed. This ensures a foolproof system and also total customer satisfaction.

Swathi provides monthly, quarterly and annual financial returns for the clients. These returns can be submitted to the auditor and it is in conformity to the accounting principles widely practiced in the country.

Work flow:

The vendor sends an invoice thru e fax. It is then processed and entered into the client’s accounting system. When payment to the vendor is approved, the check is printed and mailed out by the client.

Similarly, any pending receipts from customers warrant frequent reminders and a lot of paperwork by way of ageing analysis to monitor them. Bank reconciliation is done on monthly basis for the client and a custom report is sent to the client. Likewise, the monthly, quarterly and annual returns are submitted to the client as per their requirements.
